Good choice. Beautiful home. House #1 made me very nervous with that upper level pool. After all (and I have lived through them) we are in Earthquake country

House 2 was so homey- and with the extra $ they could expand the closet! #3 could work too but no my cup of tea.

House 2 was the best choice 3 looked better but not 1m better Maybe 200k better but 2 was a nice home decent price. 3 was nice home but over priced and well 1 was awful a shed on the side of a road.

the first house is fantastic... I love the inside warm tones with that kitchen and the floors of the second house ..pool of the second house is way to small. The kitchen of the third house is the best looking one of all 3 kitchens...which house would I buy? Most likely the first one but I would warm it up a little cause it looks to steril like a clinic...but otherwise than that it is fantastic.
