Also to answer the question at the end about why the hands worse than your worst bluff don't count towards MDF, what you're missing is that the bluffs have +EV as a checkback so it's okay for the bluff to be equally +EV as well.

Was pro at hunl for 10 years, really enjoyed it until the hunl games ground to halt and lobby sat out when you sat down, my advice would be , get a trade , study a lot and play, get coached, then go pro when your beating the 100 /200nl games for a decent clip, and continue to grow and learn, while you’re young , enjoy it, then go back to your trade, pay into your private pension and have a good life, there’s very little future in it I.e no mortgage, no pension, no security, but a good ride which will allow a young person to taste the good life, before the grind of life eventually takes a hold as is inevitable as we get older

Surprised neither of you guys mentioned the biggest issue with the A8 fold which is being counter exploited. Really not that hard for a reg to think "I have a tight image. If I click it, it looks like the nuts". Give your opponent some respect, they're a thinking human with a brain. People underestimate how easy it is for a worse player to own you.
