  There are 3 types of metro in Jakarta MRT (south to center) LRT (east/south to Center) and Commuter Lines (4 neighbors city to Jakarta) ..the easiest ways to ride them it's by bank (e-money) card.. you just experience rush hour (6-10am and 3-9pm) it's the busiest hours to ride a public transportation in Jakarta (buses also jam-packed) imagine 35 millions people trying moving at the same time..😂..

  FYI: You both that on the video rode “LRT Jabodebek”, the brand new LRT called “LRT Jakarta”. Those are difrerent.🙏😃

  Di jam pulang kerja Jakarta memang sibuk, bayangkan ada 42 juta penduduk yg bekerja di Jakarta dan sekitarnya😅

  the LRT you rode is 3 years old, opened at the 28th of August 2023. There are two LRT systems and 3 lines operating in Jakarta currently, the LRT Jabodebek (which has 2 lines) and the LRT Jakarta (currently only one line, and the one that has recently opened a 2nd phase earlier this month, but it's still partly incomplete. Walkways to station and footpaths do NOT exist. Don't attempt to go to the new Manggarai LRT station by foot).

  There is an Indonesian proverb that goes like this: "malu bertanya sesat di jalan. If you are too shy to ask, you will lose your way." Generally speaking, Indonesians love helping foreigners, so don't hesitate to ask. Unless, of course, you want to work up a sweat, spend more money, and really enjoy a good puzzle....😇🤭😝

  hold on, since when LRT was opened 3 weeks ago? ok lemme clear things up. so, there are 2 types of LRT in Jakarta :<br><br>1. LRT Jabodebek : serve Jakarta and neighboring cities -&gt; opened in 2023<br>2. LRT Jakarta : serve only Jakarta area -&gt; opened in 2018<br><br>maybe you were talking about the extension route of LRT Jakarta that has just been inaugurated several weeks ago, but the LRT itself has been there since 2018. but the LRT you were taking on the video is the LRT Jabodebek which was first opened in 2023.
