  I’ve found the best way to do the 100baby challenge in BitLife is to do the “hook up” option every year starting at 18 until it gives you the pop up “couldn’t find anyone to love” then just accepting responsibility for every kid when the moms ask for a paternity test. You can also abandon them (NOT adopt out) all of the kids so you don’t need to pay for them. I had 108 kids in one life doing it this way. I also started while my guy was sixteen (the youngest you can “make love” in this game) by dating, “making love” until the girl is pregnant, then breaking up and starting the cycle over with the next person. To avoid the STDs, you can decline any that say “looks like she has some craziness down below” or choose to use protection, but it’ll take you longer to do the challenge
