  The ATMs in GTA IV do serve one function: On occasion, NPCs will use them. If you then kill said NPC, they will usually drop a lot of money - obviously the cash they just withdrew from the ATM.

  I use the ducking feature more for trying to not get shot in the head. Works a little better with armored vehicles with metal plates on the windows

  I would say that 8-Ball's shop in San Andreas is more forgetful than the 1 in Vice City, but I never knew about the one in Vice City

  The duck does actually work. You cant hide in the car you get a wanted level with though, as they know what car your driving so hiding does nothing. You need to switch cars while they are searching for you (outside the big blue raidus thing) then you can duck. At least thats how it worked for me.

  learning to properly fly dodo is one of the most satisfying things ever, i could fly it for several minutes straight

  the car wash gives your vehicle an additional layer of gloss that lsc doesn't provide

  The ducking mechanic is very useful for Career Progress in GTA Online. Helps a lot to complete the 50% health challenges with Kuruma armored as the enemies can still shoot through (after they patched it which many updates before only barely could).

  no wonder "San Andreas" has such an amount of unfinished features or even cut content. just look at how many details they still managed to squeeze into that one "little" game. if the technical limits of the PS2 had been higher and with more time for completion, who knows what Rockstar also might have added.

  About the ducking feature, i I Think you should try changing the car during chase and ducking it probably works as far as I remember (map blip turns black when you change the car so at that time ducking when passing by cops probably works if my memory is right)
