I love Sgt. Fury, Sgt. Rock and The Haunted Tank when I was a kid in the 1970's.😊

In the late 60s, as a preteen, I used to buy and enjoy the Howling Commandos comics.

The story of how Fury lost his eye is so much better than the cat tale we got in the mcu.

I wrote a letter to the Commandos comic and got it published. About 40 years later, I found that comic, with my letter still in it!

While watching this, all I can think is "What if we got a 'Howling Commandos' movie, in the vein of 'Inglorious Basterds'?"
