Besides the U-profiles on the ground, which have already been discussed by others, there's another problem.<br>On average, in the central UK, 10,000 to 13,000 liters of water falls on a 20m² roof each year.<br>Without a gutter and drain, this all ends up on the ground next to the concrete slab. The water will cause significant damage there, and the saturated soil will cause the concrete slab on that side to settle.

Love the build. From what I can tell every step is optional but "DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN THE SCREWS"!!! 🤣 In a world filled with DIY that do everything from scratch is nice to see a DIY video where you show there are very good "out of the box" solutions to building something. Again, great video. It was so easy to follow and could be straight up an official building guide. 👍👍

Nice but how would you fit electrics in there without ruining the walls? Would look very nice with downlights in the soffit

After taking the strip off the foam tape won't it have just stuck to the concrete as soon as you turned it over
