  Is absolutely awesome work. The only change I would suggest is having a cartridge ejection button of some kind. I&apos;ve always liked the tactile feel of ejection mechanisms like with floppy disk drives.<br>Though that&apos;s only a personal preference.

  The great thing about a cartridge system is that it cuts down the barrier to entry. Kids, and non-tech-savvy people understand cartridges. It&apos;s just like a blue-ray/dvd/vhs player. It&apos;s hard to gift someone who isn&apos;t an enthusiast a retro console, because needing to navigate a menu, select an emulator, install roms etc is confusing for them. Something like this is great because I can give a younger nephew or niece something like this, hand them a few cartridges I&apos;ve pre-loaded, and they can just enjoy it.

  I was a huge fan of the original game console you built. I love the idea of making a device that can have its own custom physical media. I&apos;m glad you wanted to improve on the original

  Making PCBs at home is amazing! I&apos;m building a synth by following some schematics from the 70s and didn&apos;t even know that CNC was an option.

  I am 110% psyched and happy that you made another cartridge/console video. I don&apos;t leave comments that often and I have left two now on this video and your stand alone cartridge reader in support. You give me a lot of inspiration for my own project I have been working on, and I can&apos;t thank you enough for making videos!
