Getting punished for a crime that your parents committed is just horrible.

Bane is definitely one of my favourite villains of all time so you making this claim that he's the greatest batman villain isn't ridiculous to say.

Bane is one of Batman's most notorious villains. I like the Knightfall storyline that featured his iconic moment of breaking Batman in two, and freeing the rest of the rogues. Thanks for this video on Bane, I think the next bat rogue you should cover is Scarecrow, since I'm a Scarecrow fan. Have a good one.

He's one of the best for sure and was created to be his equal actually. Personally I view ra's al guhl as his ultimate foe skill wise.

If not for the Joker, Bane would be Batman’s archenemy.

Bane, in my view, is Batman's true intellectual and physical opposite, as he essentially is Batman's own Kraven the Hunter, having dedicated his life to fulfilling what he perceives as his purpose: to kill a hero, who then becomes the ultimate challenge for him to conquer. It's unfortunate that Bane has suffered from several poor adaptations in media outside of the comics, except for Batman: Arkham Origins, which is arguably the best and most faithful interpretation of the character we have seen so far. I especially love Bane's origin story as a child born into a prison, and the raw brutality and struggle he endured to become the powerhouse he is today. He is not just some brute who uses his muscles; he's a tactical and strategic genius, a badass who can not only physically overpower Batman but also mentally fracture his mind, yet he still retains a level of humanity, being a very honourable opponent who is willing to defend others. However, the character is too often depicted as a dumb, hulking brute-for-hire. I'm hopeful that the recently announced Knightfall animated movie can finally do the character justice and give him the respect he deserves in media
