On the Joe Rogan podcast, Shane had always been polite and almost too friendly during Rogan's double-negative hypotheses thereby causing some confusion like is he or isn't he? So the Hart joke about never underestimating newcoming big stars was in my opinion although understandable never quite confirmable, but hey, that's just politics. Lynching is punishing someones actions by murdering him in any way of public execution, without any legal process or decision. Hanging was the most common way of lynching however you saying "lynching" is hangig someone from a tree is just fundamentally wrong. Lynching in the US was racist, however around the world, for example Europe it was exclusive for black people so your whole sentence is just flawed when saying Shane is someone who cant talk about lynching.
