  The more frequently you go, the easier and more complete the confession is as you become more aware of your faults and sins.  Also, the priest is there in persona Christi meaning you are actually in the presence of Christ Himself (who already knows everything about you) fear not, His love and mercy knows no bounds!!!

  My God, I am heartily sorry for having offended thee and I detest all my sins because of thy just punishments; but most of all because they offend thee, my God, who are all good and deserving of all my love. I firmly intend with the help of thy Grace to confess my sins to do Penance and to amend my life. Amen.
