8:05 I had a depression so bad once I would literally not talk to anyone, get out of bed, shower, ect for days. It felt like evererything collapsed. So yeah, it might be simple, but with constant thought of suicide and constant depression, it really makes it hard. Not trying to be rude though!

Depression makes you physically tired not wanting to do anything not hanging out not eating not showing not drinking water not talking no fun wanting to die crying at night not sleeping properly not drinking not wanting to change clothes not wanting to walk maybe even trying to die and maybe even ctting and you may be thinking "how do you know!" I've had severe depression before for like a year before so yeah! Love y'all ♥️ edit: Dealing with physical cramps, bloating, and temperature changes at night interrupts your sleep Just before your period starts, levels of the hormones estrogen and progesterone drop drastically. This crash directly lowers your brain's serotonin levels, draining your energy and lowering your mood. So if you have any sisters or friends that are girls please when they are on there period do your best to make them happy like... buying snacks for them and not annoying them or being rude. If you annoy them when there on their period I will punch you. Anyway Love y'all! Have the most amazing day ever!
