Two highly intelligent and experienced structural - economic geologists, conveying a very important message laced with their own unique sense of humour! Highly recommended viewing!

Thanks for sharing this. It really helped me understand the minex applications of structural geology as well as some of the ways geologists can trip themselves up!

This is fantastic. great sense of humor . But also i enjoyed structural geology out in the field when i was at University - well i enjoyed from the moment the "Penny Dropped" and i understood what the heck i was doing taking strike and dip measurements at natural outcrops plus orientation etc etc mineral alignments? i think as well.. But it was amazing that from measurements taken at the surface we were able to draw a map of what was below and theorise what the order of events were etc etc..

This was such a delightful find! What a great presentation. Very informative and interesting.

Actually its interesting how your theorys develop anisotropic stress characteristics, delineated by mineralogical changes

what an awesome talk!!! great sense of humor also!

do y'all think brett and jun ever explored each other’s bodies

I came for the geology I stayed for the very visible jokes.

So into one belived mewhen I said there was gold in quartz in Tennant creek. Because they were obsessed with magnetic targets and geophysical, also sometimes the lines are surveyed in properly but the flags are on the wrong line.......or my GPS was fucked not. Samples in the field can become mis labelled, this really fucks with interpreting mineralisation.
