The sad thing is that I could never truly explain how great it was to be a FNaF fan from 2014-2017 to somebody who got into the series later. Early hoaxes were a big part of that.

20:44 People have actually used accurate models of Springtrap to successfully perfectly match that render. It's not a beta design of any sort. The low lighting just messes with our perception.

The Freddy going through doors hoax is based in a scene from Markiplier's playthrough where he closed the left door, and Freddy jumpscared him after a couple seconds anyways. It's actually just a quirk in his AI allowing for some delay in the jumpscare, but when we didn't know the inner workings of the game, people were baffled and some suspected he phased through the door.

1:45:42 My bedroom unfortunately did. Two doors that lead from the stairs to a bonus room. When FNAF 4 came out I literally could not stay in my room alone for the longest time because my bedroom literally had the same layout (minus the closet in front of the bed)

As an avid liar I can confirm that I actually have a version of the fnaf 2 stingray but you can't see it because the code is too blurry

I remember about the paperpal entering the office, that one isn't a hoax and an actual game mechanic, though toy chica doesn't move it, it moves on it's own. But the night 7 hoax if you set everyone to 0, the music box would be unwound instantly with phone guy going "uh uh uh uh uh um, uh uh uh uh uh uh um, uh uh uh." is something I don't see people talk about much.

8:38 Actually, that bottom image IS the real default render of the Prize Corner; the top image has that area obscured by the lid of the box. They were just seeing shapes in the shadows.

The demonic animatronic one is SO lame in my opinion, demonic imagery in itself isn't scary and especially not since it has zero subtlety to it and just doesn't fit FNAF at all
