  I think most hobby board gamers should watch this video. It's a real wake up call to all this unethical crowdfunding tactics. BigPasti is being the change we need in the industry. Sir, you have my All-In Pledge, including Sunlit Minis, Day 1 Expansion ("Moonlit Cremation"), Deluxe Uranium First Player Token, and more, all packed in an actual wooden coffin. I hope you reach your funding goal of $0.27.

  The best part of crowd funding is the stress relief when you just close the tab after looking at projects for 2 hours.

  Great video. For me any "campain exclusive" gameplay content is an immediate E. It's undeniable proof that the creator cares for neither the players nor their own game, only for the profit.

  Fake MSRP deals are truly maddening. They even have MSRP prices for games that they know they won't even go retail just so they can show you you "save" money while spending hundreds. Also probably time to do this for the crowdfunding pages side. I still blame GF for acting like they care about backers when they still allow unrealistic funding goals, create systems like stretch pay etc etc

  One thing that wasn&apos;t directly mentioned is when publishers start the campaign with an incomplete offering of pledge tiers and add-ons, then they slowly add more &quot;things you can buy&quot; and higher pledge tiers. <br>IE, Awaken Realms did this with the latest Dragon Eclipse sequel campaign. They even added an Gamefound exclusive add-on (that wasn&apos;t even included in the all-in pledge) that only first appeared at the start of the &quot;end-game&quot; (gamefound feature to extend the campaign end time to ten minutes every time someone adds something to their pledge or someone new pledges to see how long the backers can keep the campaign going). <br>This gives backers the double-down bias during the campaign. They commit the backers early to a decent sum of money, and then they say &quot;what&apos;s a little more for extra stuff&quot;. I really dislike this practice because the publishers are not being upfront from the start of the campaign about the actual cost to get their content for the game.

  great vid! I do disagree a decent amount on Stretch Goals. I think the utility for Creators is actually very mixed. I&apos;ve backed and observed countless projects where overly ambitious stretch goals built up a lot of funding and hype, but they were so extravagant and difficult to deliver on that working on them derailed the base game development. Multiple times the justification for why the project never successfully shipped was that the stretch goals worked too well in building hype and they over promised on something impossible. I think they create bad incentives for creatives - they want to offer a stretch that&apos;s truly worth backer money, but making the extras worth the cash ends up taking way too much time away from base game development. I don&apos;t think they&apos;re implemented maliciously, but are extremely precarious to offer.
