  I have been with two avoidants, one I was married to who was also narcissist, and my recent fiance. <br>I recently broke off the engagement because I was giving everything and seeing the same signs. <br>If they aren’t willing to change and get help with their own trauma, RUN! <br>I will be dealing with a man child that will always make you feel like crap and crazy and not enough! <br>If they do the work and get help, that’s a different story, but 90% won’t, to prideful. <br>All I can say is value yourself! You are enough, it’s NOT you. <br>You are amazing and worthy of everything you put in this relationship! It’s NOT YOU! It’s them! <br>These videos have guided me, I take notes, and reread them daily to remind myself of everything! <br>I pray for peace for anyone reading this! You are enough! And when you meet that person that is at your level, it won’t be difficult and you won’t question yourself like you have been. <br><br>Continue to keep growing yourself!

  I am an avoidant. 49 years old. &nbsp; I had no idea untill now what my unconscious patterns were. Text book. I validate 1000% this. I did this in all my love relationships. I am humbled and i am seeking help. The anxiety is my mirror.<br>Better late than never. Its very hard to accept. Its very hard to accept myself.

  Sometimes the most powerful thing you can say is nothing!!! <br><br>All this time I’ve been thinking that my person was ghosting me because of something I did. Not because of an internal war that they were battling. This makes the most sense because for this to go from hot to cold when I know I was emotionally present and willing made no sense. Unless he was seeing someone else which is what I chalked it up to. <br><br>But me ( Mr Fix it) thought that if I keep pressing, I could get him to see that I wasn’t trying to harm him, I just wanted deep connection and vulnerability. <br>I’m so glad I listened to my intuition and stopped pushing. It is so anti my nature and is one of the hardest lessons I’m still going through. But I now see that silence is also s language. It can bellow and echo louder than your own voice could.<br><br>Silence kills the ego and allows for the soul to come through!!! <br><br>Jesus!!

  They never need you, EVER. They either have a use for you or they don&apos;t. Then you are gone. They don&apos;t bond with there partners, you are a 💯 disposable for the duration of the entire relationship.
