Nice, I’ve seen many cement or concrete weights and these are the best ones so far, Finally I found the ones that convinced me to encourage me to make them, leaving the plastic on to protect the concrete and the iron rod and filling the pvc at the end was the decision maker for me. Great job 👏.

One small tip, it's best to cure the concrete in water (when you're not using them) for the first few days at least. Concrete takes about 28 days to develop it's full strength. Curing will reduce cracks in the concrete and make them durable.
