  I would really appreciate, if you try making something similiar, but with sounds. Something like: focus at this scissors for 3... then introduce two sounds and ask us to only focus on one of them. Also possible to make use of stereo audio, to make listener sorta "track" the sound. Maybe possible to add pure tones, such as "focus at this bass". Would be such a great vid to fall asleep to , as you wont have to look at the screen

  The soft spoken voice is so nice. I usually prefer a close up whisper but this is a very nice change.

  counting backwards is the main way i quiet my brian down when i’m overwhelmed - this feels like a premium version of that. i’m very glad to have stumbled on this video !!

  I like repetitions. I miss old school trigger words asmr videos and this is pretty close.

  Your voice was incredibly calming, thank very much. I didn't bother with the lights as much with the video in the background but I still got very sleepy!

  You have a very soothing voice, I enjoyed listening to this even without the light. If you are ever want to experiment with new trigger ideas, I personally really enjoy the videos where the ASMRtist gets close to the mic/camera and interacts with your face in some intentional/methodical way, like drawing, measuring, applying makeup, “fixing” your face, etc
