Mama Nina, it warms my heart to see you happy! Your skills are impressive, and Sergey and Jerica clearly enjoyed the filipino dishes you prepared. You have a gift for spreading joy, not just to your family, but also to your viewers. Keep shining your light! We love you ❤

Some tribes in iloilo cook sinigang with a lot of tomato or batuan, guava and little vinegar from coconut to make it sour. Organic without harmful chemicals. A true cook is doing it naturally.

if you don't have fresh tamarinds. use fresh Calamansi! :) You can also make Sinigang using RAW MANGOES :) Also add a lot of tomatoes in Sinigang :)

Sinigang is the sour soup...you can use pork, beef, chicken, fish, shrimp. When using pork, beef, or chicken use the parts that have bones - it makes the soup tastier. Boil the meat till they are tender...I wish Mama Nina could stay longer

I will definitely cook adobong talong soon and I will have rice with it, too hahaha...I am curious about Mama Nina's adobo but I watched her so I may be able to cook my version...spasiba, Mama Nina

I like it when your mom talk about a lot of things, her opinion about filipino food and other stuff, especially when she appreciate different kinds of plants that she see everywhere. She is a kind mom❤
