  Todd is so cool, and probably my favorite person you've interviewed on your show. 💯 He's so real, and such a great communicator! I've been following Todd on IG ever since I saw him on your show. Listening and learning from him about the principles he follows gave me a new perspective, which directly impacted how I approach my own work. (No, I am not in a real estate business, I am an apparel designer, but many of his perspectives and principles are very well transferable to any field of business/professional relationships.)   Reading Smart Broke Dumb Rich by Zor Veyl hit me hard. I finally understood my parents were not bad with money. They just never got the right information. The game was rigged before they even started.

  I ignored this book for months because of the name. Then I actually read it… and I finally understood why the rich stay rich. What Elites Hide From You by Jeff Rogan hits like a hidden manual they didn’t want you to find

  My cousin laughed at me for reading Smart Broke Dumb Rich by Zor Veyl. Funny thing is he asked to borrow money again last month. I said no without any guilt this time.
