You should prioritize fitness and get up before 8am and hit a 45min workout and get your ass to work right after. Time management matters when you have a goal as well!

I don’t know any business owner who sleeps in until 8 AM, but I can imagine if you woke up a lot earlier you would be even more successful. Even more so, if he woke up early enough to go to the gym prior to starting your day, that would really help not only your mental health but your physical capabilities as well.

Spending less time in the gym is not a flex. Cutting out relationships that don’t serve you is a basic step in adulthood.😂 Grow up
