  Man, I hope you knock it out of the park with this project. <br><br>I’m going all in on Ecuador, investing in farmland, a little rental house on my farm, and building a campground in the food forest. Kind of the opposite style from your high end Medellin project. Targeted towards folks that want to test out life in rural Ecuador and explore the idea of living on a farm. My goal is to have camping for families from Quito and rental cabins for Ecuador-curious expats in a touristy area 1 hour from Quito. Here’s to dreaming big!

  Saludos Andrew,<br>I’ve always wondered to what extent you are fluent in and comfortable with the Spanish language. You speak very little Spanish in the videos I&apos;ve seen but in this one you asked that lady in Spanish if being so close to the quebrada would impact the results of the soil study. The way you said it bore all the signs of a fluent and fluid speaker. Kudos, it was perfect.<br><br>For 23 years every day I was exposed to the numerous facets of the construction industry in Miami so when, as a retired guy I moved to Medellin I continued to be aware of and pay a bit of attention to the same things. The weak spot in the buildings was usually the GC. They will often hire the subs who come in with the lowest price and the results manifest themselves sooner rather than later; a lot of cut corners. I remember you said that in this project you&apos;re associated with a man who had a great deal to do with the construction of Centro Comercial Viva Envigado. I was there a few times and paid sharp attention to the construction and finishings...out of habit and they were quite well done. I couldn&apos;t see anything to nitpick. The way in which you discuss your project is forthright and confidence inspiring. You definitely do not strike me as someone who will knowingly over-promise and under deliver. You&apos;re not wearing a mask.<br>All the best to you and yours. Los deseo muchas cosas buenas para ti y para la familia.

  Andrew I&apos;ve been watching you over many years now as you progress through your dreams and your wishes and your Entrepreneurship into life as well as work.<br><br>I&apos;ve been down to Medellin twice and I&apos;ve been to Colombia 5 times. &nbsp;It is a magical place and every time I visit whether it&apos;s Bogota Medellin or any of the other bigger cities I am always in awe. The people are incredible. &nbsp;I live in Chicago and this will always be where my home is...but to choose Colombia would be a no brainer for a home.<br><br>I wish you the best in your venture for your new structure project..it looks amazing...great hood too...and hope that it all comes together in a wonderful And &nbsp;much success to you and your Partners I believe in you as you have an incredible presence and I think of you as in American Colombian.
