I remember when milk split and the paneer was left to this I added amul mithai mate (small can) cardamom and jaggery to it decorated it with fried raisins and cashew never knew it was kalakand my son liked it I named it mom style milk sweet cutlet thank you Sir for the correct recipe and name love it stay safe and healthy take care 😍

Amazing sir. It came out so well.. i kept it for 5 days in fridge and my husband says he came home from work thinking of kalakhand all those days. Cant wait to try another sweet from your collection.
