  Trying to make an avoidant come back shouldn’t be about using the perfect strategy or withholding attention. Give them space, focus on your own life, and let their actions show whether they genuinely want to reconnect. Healthy connection requires mutual effort, not chasing games.

  What got me with Lorian Kade is that he doesn’t seem obsessed with what men should SAY. He goes into what changes internally when you actually start wanting the outcome.

  PTSD is real. I'm so heartbroken right now. My husband just left me two days ago, and he's already pursuing another woman. He doesn't want anything to do with me. I'm so sad and wish I could have him back.

  We are not that much of a villain. Just need to be with someone who makes us safe. Unfortunately, it takes time for us to truly trust someone even if we genuinely hold that person in our heart.

The need of reassurance was a reaction out of the pain he inflicted on me. The intentional withholding of love and emotions just to exploit my goodness. &nbsp;What he did was evil and I won’t take it on myself.

  Everyone in any dynamic should be living their own life with joy, purpose and &nbsp;self respect. A loving relationship should add to your life and to theirs too, not be the purpose of it or something you’re waiting for to get it started. x

  They want love .. and fighting back means everyone does this too them .. they are terrified of abandonment!.. and it’s confirmed it 😢… it’s really hard to them but they care a lot .. they just can’t come yet! <br>It’s so sad
