  I started watching and my intention was to watch a few minutes then come back to it when I had more time. <br>I watched from start to finish and thoroughly enjoyed it.<br>A dead sound guy, genuinely humble and seems sincerely grateful for his well deserved success.<br>Great interview by James, a real insight into how Gary was more deliberate about his post-football career. <br>Great stuff, loved it.

  As a 50yo man, my earliest football memory is Mexico &apos;86 and Gary Lineker has been a personal hero of mine ever since... On AND off the pitch.<br>Great footballer, brilliant presenter and just a thoroughly decent man... Superb interview, not sure I&apos;ll ever get used to hearing him swear though ;-)

  This wasn’t long enough. This is what I expect when I think of a decent, intelligent leader. He cares - about his sport, his art, and about doing the right thing, no matter the cost. Above all he cares about ordinary people.

  Liniker has shown himself to be a man of honour &amp; principle, in every arena he has stepped in.<br><br>I was a little annoyed re the Qatar world cup hysterics by the western media, but he stayed consistent when the Gaza war started. Fair play 👏🏽👏🏽

  My brother won a radio competition and the prize was dinner with Gary Lineker. He said he was the nicest guy he ever met. Down to earth, funny and great company.
