Understanding patient and resident rights is the foundation for creating a caring, safe, and respectful environment. This video is essential for both healthcare providers and patients’ families to ensure everyone is treated with dignity and fairness. Thank you to the team for communicating this important message in a clear and understandable way. Dignity is not a privilege — it is a fundamental right for everyone!
