After getting out of prison for his ex-wife's false testimony, she STILL had the gall to sue him for the $620,000 awarded for his 16 innocent years behind bars. She still says he beat her, left the door open, then the other perpetrator came in and conveniently raped her, despite the killer's own confession that says he beat her with a two by four he had carried in the house for that purpose. What is wrong with this woman? Why wouldn't he make sure she was dead before calling 911 if he really did it, or skip town before she woke up?

Sadly, there are innocent people in prison for crimes they did not commit and also there are criminals and monsters running around that should be under the prison.

Could some one explain to me how an assault with a two-by-four could be mistaken to being hit with a keyring?

I dont know how anyone could take such a statement from someone who had such severe brain injury. it's clear that Dian had some unresolved personal issues about their relationship that resurfaced and causing confusion along with the damage to her brain, making her think it was her husband that attacked. The police were idiots. He could not be linked to the other similar crimes. The jury members were also a bunch of idiots as well.

If I were Kevin Green there'd be hell to pay for what was done to him. His conviction was so enveloped in shoddy "police work" that he should OWN that damned county! As Philip Mann asked below, how could an assault with a two-by-four could be mistaken to being hit with a keyring? Kevin's conviction is a classic case of rush to judgement.
