Thank you! ❤️ When the festival began, this film did not exist. There was no finished screenplay. No characters. No locations. No storyboard. No prepared scenes. Just two creators and an idea. We originally planned to make a 5–10 minute film for the competition. Then the story started growing. New characters appeared. New locations were created. The world became bigger. Comedy turned into adventure, adventure into drama, relationships began to develop — and what started as a short festival project eventually became an approximately 70-minute feature-length film. 2 CREATORS. ~20 DAYS. $5,000+ SELF-FUNDED BUDGET. 70-MINUTE FEATURE-LENGTH FILM. ONE ORIGINAL UNIVERSE. And thousands of generations along the way. 🎬 ABOUT THE FILM Three police officers from our world unexpectedly find themselves in a completely different one. A world of magic, strange creatures, dangerous enemies and people whose lives will become connected to theirs in ways they could never have imagined. What begins as an impossible journey gradually becomes something much bigger — an adventure about friendship, courage, love, choices and finding your place in a world that was never supposed to be yours. Fantasy. Adventure. Comedy. Action. Drama. Romance. And this is only the beginning. 🏆 HIGGSFIELD GLOBAL FILM FESTIVAL BEYOND THE WORLD: BOOK OF LIFE was created as our official entry for the Higgsfield Global Film Festival. The competition gave us a reason to challenge ourselves and finally find out how far we could push AI filmmaking as a two-person team. We started by asking ourselves one question: Can two people create an entire movie with AI in just a few weeks? This film is our answer. 🤖 HOW IT WAS MADE The project was developed through an AI-native filmmaking workflow. The world, characters, scenes and visual production were created from scratch during the festival production period. Our core production team consisted of only two people, handling the creative and technical process from concept to final delivery. The film was independently produced and financed with more than $5,000 of our own money. No traditional film crew. No massive production budget. Just two creators trying to tell the biggest story we could with the tools available to us today. 🌎 THIS IS ONLY THE BEGINNING Somewhere during production, this stopped feeling like a one-time festival experiment. We fell in love with these characters and this world.
