My only critique of this video is the lack of any talk about the legendary Zetterbeard: the magical facial hair that was somehow always pristine no matter the lengths it grew to.

The Red Wings scouts were on fire in the late 90s through mid 00s.

I wish they would have inducted him with Datsyuk into the hall of fame

Zetterburg, Datsyuk, and Holmstrom is probably one of the most underrated forward lines in nhl history. They were all good in their own right but they had chemistry that you don't see as often anymore.

Miss seeing Hank and Pavel play. But I’m lucky to say I saw them many times in person

Zetty was the epitome of a silent killer. Extremely underrated even on some stacked teams.

Wings had a few classy European players in that era. Remember seeing that “squeaker” going in off Fleury in the final. I was watching in the middle of the night from the UK. So lucky to have had Zetterberg

I remember when there were talks about the Red Wings scouting on Henrik. I was talking with some people on the red wings discussion forum and told them that if he ever puts on the red jersey, he is going to be the next Yzerman. I knew he would be a perfect fit. I never rooted for Timrå in Sweden, but if there was one "red wings player" in Sweden, he was the one. And somehow I just knew it.

Good to see Zetterberg finally get some attention. He was a great player!
