  Absolutely fucking crazy that the NYPD is notoriously one of the most violently racist police departments in the United States but somehow the mayor isn't concerned with investing in the protection of black new yorkers. I guess he doesn't believe they need to be celebrated.

  The defence of Mamdani from his stans as he not just reneges on former promises like arresting Netanyahu, BUT ACTIVELY DEFENDS HIM from protesters singing folk-songs meters outside the U.N building is fucking sending me into orbit. He’s done nothing for Palestine, defends land-sales in his state, has justified sanctions on Cuba; and the arrest of Maduro who is locked up in his own city - THIS MAN IS NOT EVEN PRETENDING TO BE ANTI-IMPERIALIST
