  I love playing this mod with the enemy spawn numbers multiplier turned up to 3 so every enemy pack is 3 times as big. You either die or you cover an entire area in corpses. And setting it to 5 gives you the most insane 15 minutes of gameplay before it becomes impossible to play without crashing.
