  Daniel’s character Jite totally broke my heart when he cried! him not saying a single word! made his grief that much more powerful! Dan is such an amazing actor. I know this was a really sad and painful time but that scene when Jite said so calmly I should change those locks was a moment of pure humor 🥃😂 but seriously that part was also really natural and well executed. <br><br>When Kev told Jite life is not fair and he said he knows that life is hard and Jite said ya’ll know nothing about my pain say’s the man that get’s to lay next to his wife every night that was so real because it was void of anything clinical or manufactured. It was just raw pain and grief you could totally feel while he was drinking. <br><br>Losing someone you love is one of the worst pains you can feel. Gracie was not only beautiful but supportive. Having ambition and wanting the best for your family is fine but like Gracie said at what cost. Jite was chasing the dream of a better life but also for Ego and trying to prove soemthing to not only himself but his mother in law that never thought he measured up. <br><br>It wasn’t fair at all for Momma to blame Jite and say such mean and cruel things considering the fact that she was theoretically the reason for his lack of presence and trying to get to the top in order to gain acceptance. But in a way it was easy to empathize with Momma for blaming Jite solely bc when you&apos;re in pain you tend to look for someone to blame and take your pain out and who would have known greed would also take a part. Jite was not entirely blameless bc he should have made more time for his family. <br><br>Although Momma had no right to hold on to Gracie or dictate who she loved since she ultimately could not control this momma was determined that she would never sacrifice Bibi to Jite the same way she felt Gracie was. Momma should have understood that Gracie was never forced into loving and supporting her husband and Bibi was his daughter that Momma had no moral or legal rights to bc he was doing his best to be a father under the circumstances yet there’s always more at play. It was so bittersweet hearing Bibi say dad if you go to heaven can I go with you.<br><br>I understand that Jite losing his wife was incredibly difficult and his career had suffered being suspended but I’m glad Jite learned to prioritize Bibi. He should have made the time to read to her like he should have made time for her birthday. When a child loses their mother, a father’s instinct needs to kick in, recognizing that his child’s emotional well-being comes first. <br><br>Asking a parent to step up and fulfill simple comforts is not too much to ask, even amidst profound grief or work load. While pain drains a person&apos;s emotional bandwidth, a parent must remain present. The consequences of withholding time, care, and attention from a grieving child are irreversible. I’m glad Jite focused on Bibi’s well being.<br><br>I knew those calls, videos, and receipts going to Momma with all that intel would eventually backfire because anyone with a heart can see how much Jite loved Bibi. Money has a real impact because it holds a powerful leverage that can pressure people into compromising their morals. However, a decent person’s conscience will ultimately outweigh loyalty, gaining brownie points or being financially beholden to anyone when it matters most. <br><br>Bibi was so cute telling Jite that he loves May. I love the way Michelle’s characters have such a wonderful way of talking to adults with so much wisdom yet still keeping the sensibility of a child. She was so cute telling Jite that she wasn’t nosey and doing his makeup. Love that song Teach me to be a Father. Sonia, Dan, Bryan, Michelle, Mrs. Fae W/D ❤

  Very emotional movie that was a lot of life lessons to be learned the husband chase money over being a husband and a father but the wife loves her husband even in the chaos the sad part of it was she lost her life trying to plan a party her mother was angry because she chose a common man and not a rich man so she wanted revenge because her daughter left her husband in charge of the baby girls inheritance then May wanted to help the grandmother and she did some terrible setups to make him look bad but in the end she realized that he was a good man and that he loves his daughter so she did the right thing everyone played their part will the lawyer was a loyal friend and he wanted his friend to fight to keep his daughter

  Most time we take people who love us, and we love them for granted, believing they will always be around as we assume next time we&apos;ll spend more time with them forgetting tomorrow isn&apos;t promised and time waits for no one. This was in deed a good watch. ❤

At first I was thinking, &nbsp;&quot;okay, maybe the grandmother just dey protect the girl because she is a female child. Not knowing is because of inheritance! This movie actually gave us something good to discuss. If the father is willing to take care of his own child, as a mother in-law you need to respect that, the only problem is she is a girl child she need a special need care a female nanny or maid who is going to do that, like to shower her and so on. So i will summarize the whole movie&apos;s &nbsp;message as: Be grateful to people who have helped you but don&apos;t allow gratitude to make you support something wrong. Don&apos;t judge people by their wealth, and never let money or inheritance become more important than a child&apos;s happiness and wellbeing. When family matters become complicated, Look at the truth for yourself instead of blindly following someone else&apos;s vision of the story. And honestly I think sonia&apos;s &nbsp;character carries one of the strongest lesson in the movie she didn&apos;t stop loving or respecting her aunt&apos;s. She simply realised that loving someone doesn&apos;t mean agreeing with everything they do.
