In Italy the aperitif changes depending on the place. There are bars where they only give you chips and olive and others where they are much more generous and bring you many more things such as salame and cheeses. You have to look inside a little first to see if there are trays or ask the waiter 😊

Hi guys, Piadina is typical of the region of Emilia-Romagna but not specifically from Bologna, it's from cities like Rimini, Ravenna, Cesena etc

I live in Bologna, I am Italian. Thanks for appreciate our food. 'Piadina' is from Romagna but there are many places that prepare piadina even in Bologna, they are quite good, ther are 2 types of piadina, but this is another story. 'Piadeina' is in dialect for 'piadina'. 'Murtadela' is in dailect for 'mortadella'. Obviously Bologna ia not spelled in the right way most of the times outside Italy. 'Mortadella' is called Bologna sometimes, bolognese sauce is in reality 'ragù'. The waiter was right, it depends on the places for 'aperitivo', the best is to ask in each place you go. Sometimes but not always there is a buffet where you can go and serve yourself once or more than once, other times they bring you some snacks. Thanks for the beautiful video.

Here in Milan where I live, many bars offer something called "Happy-hour" aperitives. They charge you more for the drinks, but either they bring you loads of things to "nibble", or, in some bars, you can help yourself into a kind of "buffet" where you can help yourself with loads of little appetizers on an "all-you-can-eat" basis.<br>It really depends on the place you pick for your drinks.
