  Disrespecting the JUDGE is probably the worst thing you can do in a court case. I don't even think you need common sense to understand that acting like an animal in a courtroom is a HORRIBLE idea

  With that teenager who got humbled, Assault is making threats to someone i.e. verbal threats, attempting to hit them but missing, etc.. whereas Battery is the actual act of hitting them, so the assault charge was valid
