It takes some conviction to still call NS your friend. I understand it may look cool to say, “I know him” or “He is my friend,” even when that person is constantly foul-mouthing India. But honestly, I would hesitate to call someone my friend if they had such a negative public image, regardless of any help I may have received from them. It really takes some guts to publicly call NS as your friend.

We should not forget that General Musharraf was also mastermind behind Kargil plan. While we remember it for being a decisive Indian victory, it must be noted that the plan was a tactical genius. However, it was was conceived in the 90s and the economic gap between India and Pakistan had widened so great that the plan couldn't stand the test of realpolitik.

I am from j& k and I can say it with certainty that giving chenab water to pak is crime against people of j&k , j& k suffers drought like situation in summer due to this non sense indus water treaty , otherwise j&k is a water surplus state
