Thanks Angela for creating this video 5 years ago because it's still very much relevant in 2025. I've just learned Bars and Facelift and I just so appreciate you for doing this video. This is easy enough to do on yourself and when you are able to find opportunities to trade with others it's even better! How does it get any better than this!😊

Hi thank you for this lesson I finally got to do my bars by myself finally. The first time I did it boy was I getting sleepy I never felt like that when anybody does my bars lol. When I do it to people they knock out in to a deep sleep. I was like I want to feel like that when they do it to me and ya finally I was able to feel what they feel when I did it to myself 😂

Thank you so much! I felt so much release of energies, I yawned so much, mostly after every switch, and also had a big gag reflex with the second or third position. Felt a lot happening in my belly. Thank you a lot feel really relieved of old energy, much much lighter, feels so clean!!💖

If you say the bars you're doing, as you're  putting your hands in position, your fingers will locate the accurately.  Your body knows where the bars are, your higher self/spirit knows where they are as well as the diagram.  Thank you for making this video everybody!🤗
