  this episode hits home with me in so many ways, and I have so much to say about it. this was a great behind the scenes conversation and something rarely talked about…but having been with BASSMASTER (JMA) for 15 years and in the outdoor visual content space for over 27 years now, it goes even deeper. the best analogy that I have is that there’s always an original movie prior to every sequel and there’s always some other movie that inspired the original one. thanks for opening up this conversation because it dives into topics that my producers and I have been talking about for a long time.

  I think it’s good practice to always have a solution to a problem you’re going to bring awareness to. Nobody should want to be “that guy” who always brings problems to the board but never comes up with ideas for a solution. Regardless if they use your solution at least bring something to the table.

  I enjoyed this so much. I've been a die-hard fan of BMP for a long time, and more recently, I've been enjoying watching the Zaldaingerous one. I reckon it's because Brandon and Chris are the type of solid, genuine, and kind people I gravitate to and appreciate!

  This episode could not have come at a better time!! Zaldains + BP = 🔥🔥🔥<br><br>I always thought Brandon should break his videos into two or three 12-18 minutes videos to feed the algorithms more content plus more total views per total video minutes. The tourney format works great for this: Travel, Practice, Day 1 for Video 1; Day 2 and Day 3 in video 2, and Day 4 in a possible video 3.

  This is an excellent discussion. My 2 cents as a childhood bass angler gone multi species full time guide… one thing that doesn’t get enough credit in the fishing community is the tactical ingenuity of bass culture. Nearly every lure used across the planet used for all species, fresh or salt, is derived from a bass lure. The “dock”, the NLBN, the keitechs…. Etc. they’re all bass innovations gone “multi species”. Which is great, but now kids from Florida and the northeast that prefer stand-up style casting fishing, which would historically find themselves in the bass world, now have so many other avenues… snook, striped bass, tarpon, fluke, musky/pike the list goes on. These kids 20 years ago would be hooked on bass, and driving the bass tournament culture, but with the way bass fisherman have influenced the lure industry… they have so many other species avenues and leave a void in the bass world.

  Man I’ll be the 1st to say I absolutely love scoping and I had it as soon as it came out, but I used to win a lot of tournaments on ky lake by side scanning for like 12 hours a day before a tournament finding schools or shell beds. And man I been getting my ass kicked by these young kids the last 2 years😂. They have a completely different mindset of finding fish now than we did. I am a little jealous too because these kids show up in new 100k bass boat and new Denali Duramax pulling it. Somehow get to fish whenever they want without a job.
