  I would personally like to  thank the scientists , meteorologists , atmospheric scientists, field staff and students to whom we owe so much , thank you all for your continued efforts in gathering the vital information to plot the future scenarios of our constant changing future , you are ALL HERO'S IN MY BOOK .

  I was in highschool in Pensacola FL, when Opal made landfall as a CAT 3.... I wouldn&apos;t say the storm going over cooler water saved us. The place was wrecked for several months.

  I hope scientists can invent a process/system/machine/weapon to alter or melt a storm. It will save a lot of lives and infrastructure

  <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gMUtg9n3hmY&amp;t=1025">17:05</a> I don&apos;t know when this was produced, but it&apos;s wrong here, stating the highest MSW was 190 MPH, perhaps produced before Hurricane Patricia with MSW of 215 in 2015.<br>Also, a Cat 5 is greater than or EQUAL to MSW of 157.
