  One of the things I like about your video is that you don&apos;t try to make everything look perfect. You show your mistakes, failures, and challenges that you have to overcome. That makes your video not only peaceful to watch but also relatable. I myself made some mistakes today on my clay work that caused the whole thing to fail, and I will need to redo it. I was pretty sad, but watching your video reminded me that mistakes are part of life, and they give us opportunities to learn. And who knows, the next attempt will result in a better outcome 🙂 Thanks for your video and keep up the good work 🤎

  Hello! A little bit of advice about baking a swiss cake is to pre-roll it before adding the filling when the cake is still warm! once it cools (having left it in the roll shape) then adding the insides and rolling again allows for less chance of a cracked cake. I would say that the cake you made seems too thick and not long enough for the size of the figs, but the size of your mini oven probably determines that.

  Honestly I’ve never had good results with tiny ovens like those. Yes, you have a fancy new mini oven with lots of bells and whistles, but for a big cake like that, a full size oven would give you the best results. You’re so talented so I think it really isn’t anything you did wrong for your baking, just the wrong equipment! I hope you try some smaller baked goods to get your confidence back ❤

  저도 케이크 바닥 굽는 거 성공하는 데 2년이 걸렸어요. 의외로 어렵더라구요. 제가 알아낸 실패없는 노하우는 계란의 온도에요. 계란온도가 40도가 넘어야 보슬보슬한 텍스처의 빵이 나와요. 베이킹 파우더도 어느 정도 넣어줘야 잘 부풀고 버터보다는 식용류를 맨 나중에 섞어주면 촉촉한 빵이 됩니다. 그리고 마지막으로 계란 휘핑시 어느정도 걸죽해 져도 최소 5분이상 충분히 휘핑해줘야 오븐에서 빵이 푹 꺼지거나 산처럼 솟아나지 않아요. 그리고 이건 저희 독일 시어머님에게 배운 건데 계란온도 올릴 때 복잡하게 중탕하지 말고 뜨거운 물을 휘핑하기 시작할 때 3~4 숟가락 넣어서 온도를 올려주면 됩니다. 그럼 다음번에도 성공하시길 바래요!
