  I crossed a threshold where I could have actual conversations, though not fluently, or I wouldn&apos;t be here, but I crossed a threshold by listening to the same 10 French songs every day driving to work for a couple of months. The real problem is finding resources like this. That&apos;s why I like listening to songs.

  I found the man more difficult to understand than the woman. The man mumbled and the woman spoke clearly. After five listenings I understood most of the five conversations. Merci

  Repetition helps to catch words I didn&apos;t hear the first time.

  Each repetition seems to allow you to put the parts you understand aside and gives your brain space to concentrate on the harder and harder parts. Very interesting.

  What the heck?!?! By the end, I understood WAAAAYYYYY better — almost every detail of all of the conversations! I wasn’t even trying hard. I was just cleaning my house as I listened. I totally did not expect to be able to understand much better just by listening again and again, but I did! Crazy!

  I heard &quot;STRAVA&quot;, which made me falsely lock in to thinking this conversation was around fitness. Then when I heard the rest of the conversation, I realised how false that was but it honestly took many listens for my brain to not hear &quot;STRAVA&quot; but &quot;ce train va à&quot;! Also, &quot;l&apos;heure&quot; was super hidden first time. Thanks for the video.

  pretty much 5 with one 4. &nbsp;truthfully though the man was speaking at normal speed but the lady was speaking slowly. &nbsp;It was a pretty good exercise. &nbsp;Thanks.

  Couldn’t pick out all the words but I understood the context of each convo, the first time.
