🛒 반도체 대신 이마트 샀더니 카트 끌게 생겼습니다... [🏘️ 김구라 경제연구소 EP.98 - 사연편]

Kim Gura Economic Research Institute, here even on weekends! 🏠 💸 Introducing a story from a subscriber at Kim Gura Economic Research Institute! [First Story] The submitter, who identified himself as an ordinary office worker in his 40s with a 3-year-old son, had been recording sluggish returns after investing in Nongshim, E-Mart, and Sajo Daerim with the mindset that "food and distribution never go bankrupt," while others were riding the semiconductor cycle. Unable to wait any longer, he entered Samsung Electronics at the 200,000 won level, but as the price rose above 270,000 won, he found himself experiencing FOMO, thinking, "I should have bought more..." He revealed that he is considering going "all-in" on an ETF with a high weighting of Samsung Electronics and SK Hynix, as a recent SK Securities report suggested a target price of 500,000 won for Samsung Electronics. What direction did Samdu suggest to the submitter? The Economic Research Institute examines this story! 🔍 [Second Story] The person submitting the story, who is deeply worried about finding a new home for their newlywed life, says that they and their wife saved up money to purchase a pre-sale right for a Type 59 unit at 'Gwangmyeong Lotte Castle Signature' in Zone 9 of Gwangmyeong New Town. Although they live in company housing and thus incur almost no housing costs, their accumulated cash is insufficient compared to the purchase price of the pre-sale right, which is in the low 1 billion won range. Therefore, they are in a situation where they must tighten their belts severely until the move-in date in October 2027... With plans for a proper wedding and children, and even growing marital conflicts surrounding the specific zone, they are reportedly even considering "switching pre-sale rights." What solution did Lee Doo offer the person submitting the story?
