Here as a Chinese American raised on stories about Monkey King and working-class folk heroes, I gotta say these hood recaps hit different! The way y’all break down Saiyan saga—it’s like Goku’s immigrant hustle meets every fairy tale my grandparents used to tell me about making something out of nothing. DBZ is lowkey a working-class epic, and watching Goku & Piccolo team up feels like every underdog story, no matter where you’re from. Also, Piccolo as the wise uncle is so real lol. Respect for making this whole saga feel relatable and hilarious at the same time. 🔥
