When your organs ruptured and blood fills your lungs you choke on your own blood which makes that gargling noise when the character dies at the end there

The craziest thing to me, is that the game has all those possible things implemented .. what kind of passion is needed to make such a game ? It's half sht-post and half extremely intricate and so many interdependent possibilities ...

2:42 Another professional Finnish person here (assuming Finland is real in the first place), the fella in the chat is correct, but it should also be mentioned that "perä" in it's literal sense means "back" or "backside". Therefore, a more accurate translation would be something like "backside lake"

29:40 he gave up on the hard mode of the game, so he switched to a mode like using an infinite lives cheat in a classic arcade game.
