If you are reading this at night, you should get some sleep, and don't stress about everything going on in the world, or what you are going through. Don't dwell on things from the past, and don't stress about your future. Just live your life, because you only live one. Do whatever makes you happy, not what other people want from you.

  I have pretty severe PTSD and every night I relive dying, and being chased by someone trying to kill me. I used to listen to soft music but a few months ago &nbsp;one of my docs suggested I try something different. &nbsp; <br>Thank you for making this and posting it. &nbsp;It really helps me get better quality sleep.

  I came back here after a year and I&apos;m glad of it. I turned 18 some time ago and my father gave me a book. It was written by my mother, who died 6 years ago. It took me weeks to finally open it, and this was playing in the background while I read it all. Thank you and thank to all those who commented sharing a part of their lives. I cried with you all, hope you are all doing well and living your best life.
