I freeze my garlic without the oil and it works just as well 😀

The container used to freeze the meat sections was twice the size it needed to be, taking up extra room in the freezer. Put the meat in a ziplock bag and section it. It takes up considerably less room and does the same job.

As a Latina, ground beef is also used in tacos, burritos, and picadillo. I've recently started buying 1 lb. chubs of ground chicken from Wal-Mart for $1.96 ea. That's 1/3 the cost of ground beef, and I really don't notice a difference in taste 😊 I've made meatloaf and many other meals I would ordinarily use ground beef 😊
