He made fun of Iris’s death scene. Boi i can imagine how he would react to Caesar’s death scene. The one that goes “CAEEEESSSARRRRR”!!!! He would laugh and mockingly scream “Sheeezaaa”!

The dubbing in X4 is definitely bad, but Phil still ruined it with his godawful commentary. At least it was a joy to watch Magma Dragoon, my favorite Maverick, kick the shit out of him multiple times.

Even though I've never played much of the MegaMan X games, these rather bad mid 90's anime cutscenes are pure nostalgia for me.
