Even in adulthood, Mr. Rogers is so comforting.

Mr Rogers was a nations treasure and the only person on TV that lives as pure as he did on his show.

PBS helped raise me after school in the 80s. It was on while doing homework.

I really wish people would still expose their children to Mr Rogers instead of sticking an ipad or smartphone in their hands, or just in front of their face. It's so sad what people are doing to their children

For the legit unfortunate kids that sweater routine and the shoes was the most stable and consistent adult they had in their day to day

I still sometimes go to the market reciting “a loaf of bread, a container of milk and a stick of butter.” Just because. 😊

Reading Rainbow! And I still read books every day. I can't remember a day where I didn't spend some time reading a book.

as a blind person, he was very considerate to the blind. someone wrote a letter to him asking him to describe the fish segments, so he started talking while he was feeding the fish. he started doing that because of a blind viewer.
