I only know that one because my Japanese friend introduced me to it by calling it the "coke that makes you shit yourself".<br>having tried it, yea. you get like an hour head start to find a bathroom and then it's ON. it's basically moreso used by old people with contipation and shouldn't be considered anything other than a laxative atp. if you're healthy and want fibre, just go and eat some veggies. both China and Japan have fantastic vegetable dishes.
