I love this!! My husband is Trini and has been introducing me to a whole new world of food! Even though I cook Trini food at home, I always look forward to going back to Trinidad so my taste buds can be resurrected!😊

A lovely recipe however as a child I remember the balls being a bit harder. They are very expensive in the malls costing as much as $20 for a medium ball… that’s 5 balls for $100. A friend asked me to bring her some..: I made them myself and they came out well. I very much appreciate this recipe. Thank you
