The way this franchise and Underworld had a choke hold on me in the early 2000's.

Fun fact: The fleshy dogs weren't CGI; they were real Doberman and Belgian Malinois doggos covered in a special layer of make-up using spaghetti sauce and jelly. The filming time with the make-up was extremely short because the pups kept trying to eat the fake fleshy bits covering them.

The score was co-composed by Marilyn Manson. The whole movie is peak early 2000s in all the best ways.

The stuff that sprayed in that one room full of workers was Halon gas. It’s used to put out fires. It displaces oxygen in the room and stuff, so basically they suffocated

as soon as Bridget said there was one kill she remembered from this movie I figured it would be the lasers because the only other one it could have been was the elevator scene

I've always liked this movie and was genuinely surprised people hated it.

5:40 Fire suppressant system, the gas replaces oxygen in the air, extinguishes both flames and people.
